CREAMY PAPRIKA CORN

Ingredients:
1 pound corn (fresh, frozen, or canned & drained)
2 tablespoons butter
2–3 tablespoons mayonnaise
¼ cup cream
½ teaspoon paprika (smoked paprika is great if you have it)
Salt, to taste
Black pepper, to taste
Instructions:
Cook the corn. If using fresh corn: boil or sauté the kernels until tender (about 5–7 minutes). If frozen: cook according to package directions and drain well. If canned: rinse and drain thoroughly.
In a large skillet over medium heat, add the cooked corn. Stir in the mayonnaise, butter and cream until evenly coated.
